Hotel information
The Conference Committee has pre-booked hotel rooms for conference participants at preferential rates in Hotel The Grand, Hotel Sofitel Amsterdam and Hotel Ibis Amsterdam Stopera. Hotel Sofitel Amsterdam and Hotel Ibis Amsterdam Stopera are within walking distance from Hotel The Grand.
Room rates are per night and include service charges and VAT. Breakfast and 5% City Tax are not included.
Hotel The Grand serves as intermediair for all hotel reservations. In order to reserve a hotel room in the category of your choice, complete the hotel reservation form (pdf). To fill out the reservation form you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If Acrobat Reader is not installed on your computer, you can download it for free at Adobe.
Return the completed form, together with the required credit card guarantee, by fax to Hotel The Grand: +31 (0)20 555 3 337.

We advise you to make reservations well in advance. After 5 November, 2004 rooms can only be reserved upon availability and with a possible rate increase.

Booking and cancellation conditions
- Hotel rooms will be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.
- Reservations can only be made by returning the hotel reservation form by fax to Hotel The Grand. Reservation forms can only be handled, if filled out completely and signed.
- The total costs of accommodation, including all extra's (minibar, telephone, laundry etc.) will be the responsibility of the individual and should be settled directly with the hotel prior to departure.
- Accommodation can only be guaranteed if reservations and credit card guarantees are received by Hotel The Grand before Friday 26 November, 2004.
- The hotel will charge the guests credit card one night's accommodation for room cancellations received less than one week prior to arrival.
- The hotel will charge the guests credit card one night's accommodation in case of no-show.
